Flag Football is more than just a game—it's about building a vibrant community. Our ladies build teamwork, friendship, and mutual respect among players, coaches, and families, creating lasting bonds both on and off the field.
Head Coach
Dave Scheid
Dave is the Bethlehem Varsity Flag Football Head Coach & Offensive Coordinator. He is a Math Teacher at Bethlehem Central High School. He also coached for the Bethlehem Football Program before joining the flag program last year. He has been coaching football at Bethlehem since the Fall of 1999.
Assistant Head Coach
John Carlino
John is the Bethlehem Varsity Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator for Flag Football. John is a math teacher at Bethlehem Central High School. He has coached at all levels of football here at BC - his latest was the Varsity Football Head coaching position before he transitioned to flag. He also coached the 5/6 youth flag program this past fall.
